Holistic counselling & Kinesiology initial appointment
This is for first time clients or for regular clients who know they will need a slightly longer appointment to work through their goals.
Sessions may integrate counselling tools, CBT-based strategies, nervous system regulation, energy balancing and body-based techniques depending on what you need.

Please note there is a 24hr cancellation policy should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If less than 24hrs notice is given, there may be a 50% appointment fee charged.
