Yin Yoga

One hour of slow and held stretches to release stress and emotions stored in the fascia. Yin is a wonderful way to step out of the mind and into the body and to recover and rejuvenate.

Sound meditation

Enjoy a one hour sound healing meditation where you let go and allow the mind and body to drift. Meditation is a beautiful way of release pent up stress and tension and allowing the body to come back to homeostasis. Julia also weaves in the magic of sound healing using crystal bowls, chimes and many more vibration remedies to give you the most powerful energy shift.
